Directions

Scoop 1/2 Tbsp into a diffuser.  Place in a cup and full with 8-12 fl. oz. of boiling water.  Steep for 5-10 minutes.  Drink 1 cup every hour until pain subsides.  Many feel relief after drinking 2-4 cups.  We recommend drinking at least 8 cups for full effect.
