REFUND POLICY
At Simply Peachy, we stand behind the quality of our tea and want every customer to feel confident giving it a fair try. Because Simply Peachy is a consumable product, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the tea is used properly before a refund is considered.
1. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Simply Peachy must be used consistently and as directed. Refunds are only available to customers who have tried the tea for at least five consecutive days and did not experience the relief they were hoping for.
If you purchase Simply Peachy but decide not to try it, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if the can is completely unopened. Opened cans that were not used in line with our directions also do not qualify.
2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer directly to their local customs authority.
If customs fees are declined or unpaid and the shipment is returned or abandoned, Simply Peachy is not responsible for these returns and no refund or replacement will be provided.
Please check your country’s import regulations and estimated fees before ordering to avoid unexpected costs or delays.
3. Proper Use Requirement
Our guarantee applies only when Simply Peachy has been given a fair chance. For best results, we recommend drinking four to six cups daily and continuing this routine for at least five days before determining whether it works for you.
Refunds are not available if Simply Peachy was not used consistently or was only sampled briefly.
4. One-Time Refund Policy
The money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. If a refund is issued, future purchases will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are also responsible for return postage, as Simply Peachy does not provide prepaid return labels. In some cases, we may request that any remaining product be returned to complete the refund process.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us at hello@simplypeachytea.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide a short questionnaire to confirm how Simply Peachy was used and, if required, a return address for sending back any remaining product.
Refunds are typically processed within five to seven business days once the return is received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
6. Conditions
Refunds are only valid for purchases made directly from Simply Peachy’s official website, must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and are limited to one refund per customer.
